The relationship between UGG and love came to me unconsciously when I was wandering on the street. Well, it was pretty interesting that the fundamental things apply—as long as you find and feel it with the heart, many things are similar just like different tunes sung with equal skill.
My personality is so stubborn that when I get accustomed to one thing I seldom change it. For example, I do not that fancy for shopping in various stores, so I often go to the super market to buy supplies and foods without any lingering. For clothes, I have some particular favourite brands, thus I also go straight to those brand name stores, buy the necessities, then leave. But today the story starts from the boots.
I have three UGG boots, and the first pair could go back to senior high school. At that period, like many innocent students, I had no sense about brands. Shoes that are comfortable are enough. Yes, I have many other shoes, however, this one, the one with the longest time, is one of my favourite pairs that I have not the heart to throw them away although they are old and battered. Because when wearing them, I feel totally comfortable and relaxed. Especially in cold winter, they have protected my feet from the low temperature. I think it all dues to that UGG boots are made of sheepskin, which is a kind of special material that can be worn in extremely wet weather. So even though one trend following another, UGG is the first brand occurring to my mind when I want to buy a pair of boots in autumn or winter. Moreover, I wash them from time to time to keep them clean, the unchangeable comfort has never weakened with the time.
From this little tiny trivial thing, I can’t help thinking of the love. Love is just like the shoes—only your feet know whether the shoes are comfortable or not. Those shoes which only have beautiful looks or famous name can offer your feet the best feeling and comfort. However, UGG has no complicated accessories or dazzling patterns, yet it can the best friend of your feet. This is the same with the true love. True love are always plain even can be ignored by the busy life, but you cannot live without it. In particular when you need something real, warm and sincere, true love is definitely the first thing to stand out, giving you the support, confidence and help. Don’t you think UGG boots for you in winter is just like a roaring fire ignited for you in a chilly night?! Well, this is just the common part shared by UGG boots and true love…

This winter is apparently not as cold as it used to be for Jenny. It’s not because that she has moved to a warmer southern city, or that the cold air hasn’t come to the city she lives, but because she has got a pair of UGG boots, the boots she has dreamed of for years.

In winter, it is so cold in my hometown. In my memory, when I went to school as a young girl, my feet were so suffering from the cold weather. I always wondered into a world of imagination: it is snowing beautifully, and it is white all over, I am walking on the snow without feeling cold at all. Many times, I wanted to own a pair of lovely and warm shoes.
As times goes by, my desire of owning a pair of lovely and warm shoes still exists. In this winter, when I study as a freshman at my college, it is still so cold, and I, especially my feet, almost feel dumb when it snows and I think it is time that I should really buy myself a pair of warm shoes. But at the thought that I have been an eighteen-year old girl, and every girl at my age makes themselves up beautifully during the normal life, thus I, like most girls who like to look pretty, want to be beautiful as well as keep warm in winter. So I decide to see if I would be lucky enough to see a pair of shoes I really like.
The streets are full of beautiful and elegant ladies, even I couldn’t help looking them for a rather long time. After looking over the shoes for a long time, I realize that buying a pair of shoes is just like looking for a boyfriend: it is so difficult to find a suitable one. Can’t the dream since my childhood come true? At the thought of this, I feel so unhappy, how I want to be the concern attracting the eyes of many people in the white winter full of snow! Being disappointed, I almost decide to come back to school. But just at this time, a pair of lovely boots comes into my sight through the window of a shoe store named "UGG Snow Boots", the coffee boots are so thick that they must be very warm to wear. Now winter has come and the north wind keeps blowing outside. And sometimes, to me, it sounds just like a wild beast howling around. No one really likes going outside in these days. If it snows, situation merely goes from bad to worse. Roads will become a mixture of thawed snow and dirty slush.
Saturday of last week was my birthday which was a memorable one for me, because on that day, I received the best present I had ever expected in this cold and snowy winter.
It’s really less lucky to have my birthday fall into the season of winter, for the reason that if you invite your relatives and friends to come to celebrate it, some of them may not make it due to the bad weather. And even if they do come, the terrible weather and those hardships they go through on the way must decrease their mood of attending parties. But this year, it was rather fortunate to have a shiny sun hung in the sky all day long. Most of the people invited came for which I felt quite happy.
In the middle of the dinner, I happened to see an elaborate box which was quite different from other gifts the most of which didn’t have an out packing on a table. Knowing that it must be a gift for me, I went to pick it up and opened it hastily being eager to find out what it might be. The next sound I heard of myself was "Oh, my God!" Because in that box lay a pair of exquisite snow boots of UGG brand.
I had no idea that who should be so considerate to give me a pair of UGG snow boots which could be a great help in such a cold winter. Then I asked people at present who bought them for me. However, no one stood out and admitted that he had done such a good thing. At that time, I was totally in a loss. I mean it was my birthday and gift meant good. There was definitely no reason to hide from us.
Later, after all the guests had gone and when I was lying in my bed with this myth hovering over my mind, a short message came to my cell phone. Then all the mystery revealed itself. It turned out to be my lovely boyfriend. Because we were in kind of secret love, I didn’t tell him to come to my birthday party. I never expected that he would remember the date of my birthday. Besides, moreover, he told one of the guests to bring it to my house and keep him as a secret from all of us. Then, my heart was full of happiness. I felt that I was the luckiest girl in the whole world to have such a considerate boyfriend.
That birthday, I am deeply convinced that, will stay forever in my memory, not only because of that pair of UGG shoes, but also because of what hide behind it!

Christmas was coming soon. People were busy exchanging gifts and writing cards. My girlfriend gave the present to me before Christmas. I opened the box hopefully but only found a pair of UGG boots. I was a bit angry because people believed that UGG were designed for girls. She must buy them for herself. She would want me to give them back to her when I found UGG were not useful for me.

At that moment, I knew everything. My girlfriend gave me UGG boots out of love. It was really shameful I misunderstood her at first. I went to the party with her on Christmas Eve. People didn’t think it sissy for a man like me to wear UGG. On the contrary, they said they were nice on my foot. I became a fashionable guy at the party, which had never happened before. When they asked me where I got them, I said proudly: “They are Christmas gifts from my girlfriend!” People looked at us in admiration. We hugged each other tightly.

I and Janet first met on a train. We were both traveling from London to Berlin. I can’t describe the feeling when I saw her, because I was totally stunned. I just want to say, if there really exists something called first love, I came across it the moment Janet stood in front of me. It was a cold winter and she was wearing a pair of UGG snow boots.
“What bad weather! It snows heavily in London, so I decide to spend some time in Berlin.” I started the conversation. Then we talked a lot on the train, because both of us felt as if we had been friends for a long time. Off the train, we really became friends. In Berlin we went to a lot of scenic spots together and back to London, we became lovers. Since we both like traveling, we spend a lot of time on journey. It was gold memory for me.
However, just like the journey witnessed the start of our love, it also saw the death of the love. As time went on, we quarreled with each other for many things. I wanted to go right, while she wanted go left; I wanted a luxurious while she said we should consider the budget; I wanted to take the bus while she insisted on walking; I wanted to continue the journey, but she sit there still, appreciating the sunset.
